  • Are you having trouble getting broadband, or been told you are unable to get Broadband?
  • Have you had a Broadband order accepted by any ISP, equipment sent out and even been given an activation date?
  • Was your order cancelled without you being notified?

If you have experienced any or all of the above then you should know that YOU CAN GET BROADBAND! It's just a case that BT say's it's not cost effective to do the work necessary to install Broadband for you.

However we know of several residents on the estate who have persevered with BT and now have a Broadband connection.

If you're interested in signing a petition to try and make BT carry out the necessary work, complete the form below.

Is there a solution?

YES, but BT’s response to the answer is that it is not cost effective to upgrade your lines!!!

Well the obvious answer is for BT to lay more cables but that will require outlay by BT which is unlikely to happen, HOWEVER…

It is known that some residents that have previously been told they are unable to receive a broadband service HAVE in fact managed to get the service supplied by continuously harassing BT, or in some cases the ISP has handled the upgrade for the client but invariable when told no most people accept this as fact.

Fialko Computers and The Carleton Directory are trying to group everyone who wants a broadband service and has been told no together to try and harass BT in the hope that they might listen and carry out the necessary work.

If there is enough interest then we are hoping to get a local councillor involved to.

Fialko Computers have approached several broadband service providers in the hope that possibility of several new customers may also be enough to get them involved with persuading BT to upgrade the line.

If you wish to register your interest please complete the petition and forward your details.
